Jasna Dragovic
Registered Nurse
Jasna supports parents by applying the Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) approach to offer evidence based support for Breastfeeding, Infant sleep, Infant Behaviour and Maternal Mental Health

Unlike other approaches to early life care, the NDC approach uniquely acknowledges the relationship between breastfeeding, sleep, baby’s sensory-motor and social needs, and cry-fuss behaviours – and how each impacts parent mood.

Every baby is different, as is every parent and their lifestyle, values and goals.
Jasna supports you to feel empowered on your parenting journey with best practice evidence based approach and strategies.

Jasna is a Melbourne based Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience and mum to the boss of the house, daughter Siyanna.

Jasna has a great passion for maternal and child health, with years of experience and knowledge she provides support to parents on the topic of Breastfeeding, Infant Sleep, Infant Behaviour and Maternal Mental Health.
Jasna helps parents navigate the often contradicting information out there and provides best practice, up to date evidence based approach to challenges families face. Using the Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) approach Jasna provides a holistic view and works closely with parents to ensure their values and goals influence the strategies to be implemented.

The NDC approach is not sleep training, rather the focus is on how to enrich your and your baby's life and empower you to make decisions that suit your family.

Parents are told to apply a “one size fits all” approach to breastfeeding, sleep, baby and parent health, but this often adds extra anxiety and stress to already struggling and sleep deprived parents.

Whether you are pregnant, awaiting the arrival of your baby via adoption or surrogacy, or have brought home your infant; Jasna can help you prepare and understand what to expect / where you’re at and how to approach parenthood in line with your values and goals as well as your baby's needs and preferences.
